摘要
阐述了精益生产方式不同于传统的大量生产方式的特点,并针对我国工业企业的现状,对精益生产方式的推行提出了建议。
The article describs the characteristics of the exactitude manufacture comparing with the traditional manufacturing mode, and brings forward the suggestions of the spreading of the exactitude manufacture according to the actuality of industries in China.
