摘要
综述了二次电池正极材料球形氢氧化镍的国内外研究与发展状况 ,分析了国内近期的研究开发中所存在的问题。结合控制络合水解法实验结果 ,分析了反应温度、反应液 p H值、反应物浓度、搅拌强度、活性添加剂的种类与添加方式、反应器结构、滤饼含水率及烘干温度等影响球形氢氧化镍性能指标的 7种因素 ,认为只要优化工艺条件 ,严格控制 ,就可以生产出密度 >2 .0 g· cm- 3,FWHM>0 .9°,比容量 >2 60 m Ah· g- 1的高密度、细晶化、性能良好的球形氢氧化镍。
Status of study and development of positive material nickel hydroxide used in alkali rechargeable batteries at home and abroad is summarized.The problems in recently research and development at home are also investigated.Basing on results of a controlled crystallization experiment,seven factors which influence preparation and performance of the spherical nickel hydroxide,such as pH of the reaction systems,reactant concentration,agitation strength,kinds of altivated additive et al are analyzed.It is possible to produce excellent performance products with higher density and finer crystallization,with tap density higher than 2.0g·cm -3 ,specific surface area about 15m 2·g -1 ,full width of half maximum intensity of the XRD patterns more than 0.9° and specific energy capacity higher than 260 mAh·g -1 by means of rational control and optimized the process parameteis.
