摘要
结构调整是我国钢铁工业实施可持续发展战略的关键步骤。可持续发展战略的实施要分阶段进行。在结构调整中要通过淘汰落后的工艺和装备 ,实现钢铁工厂排放无害化 ,构建绿色钢铁制造工业 。
Synopsis Restructuring of the steel industry is a key step to implement the strategy of sustainable development in China. The sustainable development for China's steel industry should be carried out step by step. It is very important for China's steel plants to eliminate backward technologies and equipment to realize harmless emission, and then construct a 'Green Steel Industry'. As a result, the development of China's steel industry will be 'sustainable'.
