连铸结晶器内电磁制动过程的数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 电磁制动的磁场分布与电磁制动的冶金效果密切相关。建立了描述连铸结晶器内电磁制动过程的三维数学模型 ,在交错网格下利用半隐式压力校正算法求解了动量方程和感生电流方程 ,研究了带形电磁制动结晶器内的磁场和流场 ,并将计算结果与实测值进行了比较。结果表明 ,合理的电磁制动磁场强度为 0 .0 4~ 0 .2 4 T。 The effect of electromagnetic brake (EMBR) is associated with the distribution of magnetic field. A three dimensional mathematical model was developed to describe the process of EMBR in the mould. With staggered grids, the momentum equations and the induced current equations were solved by semi implicit method for pressure linked equations. By numerical calculation, the magnetic field and flow field in the mould with band shape EMBR were studied, and the predictions were validated by measurements. The results showed that the magnetic field created by EMBR should be 0.04 0.24 T.
