摘要
在分析棒、线材轧机使用的 Gx铸造合金导卫辊失效形式的基础上 ,对不同热处理状态的GJH- 2合金和 Gx铸造合金 ,在不同温度下的高温磨损特性进行了对比试验 ,并将 GJH- 2合金制成导卫辊在轧机上进行了装机试验。试验结果表明 ,用 GJH- 2合金代替 Gx铸造合金制作导卫辊可以大幅度提高导卫辊的使用寿命和经济效益 ,GJH- 2合金导卫辊的使用寿命是 Gx铸造合金辊的 16 .5倍。
Based on the failure type of the guide roller for bar or wire mill, the contrasting experiment on the high temperature wear resistance of GJH 2 cermets and Gx casting alloys at different heat treatment condition and temperature was carried out, and the GJH 2 cermet was used as the guide roller of mill. The experiment results showed that using GJH 2 cermet instead of Gx casting alloy can prolong the life of guide roller and increase commercial benefit greatly. The life of guide roller made by GJH 2 cermet is 16.5 time more than that of Gx guide roller.
