摘要
提出一种将免疫遗传算法与 BP网络相结合来优化冷连轧机组负荷分配的新方法 ,该方法学习功能强、计算精度高、使用方便且适合在线计算。仿真结果证实了该方法的有效性 ,它为冷连轧机组轧制规程的优化设计提供了一条新途径。
A new method to optimize the scheduling of cold continuous rolling mills by means of Immune Genetic Algorithm and BP network is proposed. This method has many advantages, such as high learning ability, precise calculation and convenient to use, and is suitable for on line calculation. The simulation has proved the effectiveness of the method. This method provides a new way for optimal design of rolling schedule on cold continuous rolling mills.
