Developing on Radiation Oncology

恶性肿瘤是人类的大敌,是导致人类死亡的第二大杀手。据估计,21世纪的癌症发病人数还会增加,因此癌症的治疗在21世纪有十分重要的意义。肿瘤治疗的治愈率已从上世纪的5%上升到45%,其中放射治疗占18%(40%)。目前肿瘤治疗不但要求治愈,而且要求有较好的生存质量。近年来不仅放射肿瘤学有了较大的发展,而且放射生物、放射物理及临床都有了较大的发展。

Cancer is damaging human being. It was second season of causing death of human being. Theincidence of cancer will be increased in 21 cent.Therefore,management of cancer will becomevery important.The 5-years survival rates wasrisen from 5%(last cent) to 45%. It was about18%(40%) by radiotherapy. Quality of survival is becoming very important for the patientswith cancer. Recently, Radiation oncology has been developed, It included radiobiology andradiophysics.
