隐形义齿维护先天性恒牙缺失矫治效果临床观察

The clinical evaluation of the results of denture maintainers keeping the dentitions with shortage of teeth after orthodontic

目的 用隐形义齿代替Hawley氏保持器维护先天性恒牙缺失矫治的效果。方法 先用固定矫治器矫治错牙合 ;并将散在间隙集中到合适的牙位上 ,再用隐型义齿保持器维护其疗效。结果 2 3名患者用隐形义齿保持器 1～ 2年 ,无一例复发。结论 隐形义齿保持器能有效防止矫治后的复发 ,又因其小巧舒适 。

Objective Latent denture maintainer's taking the place of Hawle's maintainers to keep the dentitions with shortage of teeth after orthodontic. Methods Collecting the dentition chinks together by fixed appliances then keeping the results by latent denture. Results Clinical observing to the 23 cases for 1-2 years and the nothing happening.Conclusion Latent denture maintainers are effective?comfortabl and favourable.
