摘要
文中介绍了在自动测试系统的开发过程中,如何实现仪器的可互换性。使得用户在需要更换系统的仪器硬件时具有更大的自由,而测试软件又能够得到保值和再利用。
How to implement instrument interchangeanbility during the development of an automatic test system (ATS) is introduced in this paper. Thereby the test code can easily be erused as instruments should be replaced.
