简要介绍了JS2000-DCS系统在间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯生产装置上的应用,以及采用JS2000-DCS系统操作前后生产水平和能力的对比。DCS的投用,使班组定员由每班14人降至10人,平均单釜产量由85袋增至100袋左右,装置年生产能力提高20％～30％。

This paper briefly introduced the application of JS2000 - Distribution Control System (DCS) in the production plant of batch liquid bulk polypropylene, and compared the production levels and capacities before and after incorporation of the system. The utilization of the DCS led to a reduction of the operating personnel from 14 to 10 for each shift and an increase of output for each single reactor from 85 to 100 sacks, and in turn, made the production capacity of the plant raised by 20% - 30% .
