摘要
研究了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的阻燃体系,并对几种常用阻燃剂和新型聚磷酸铵的阻燃效果进行了对比,选择出最佳阻燃配方,制得的HIPS阻燃材料达到GB4609—84 FV-0级要求。
The flame - retardant system for high impact polystyrene (HIPS) was studied in this paper. A comparison in flame retardancy between several kinds of conventional flame retardant and ammonium polyphosphate as novel product was performed. The optimum recipe of the flame retardant was determined. The flame - retardant HIPS material prepared with the recipe showed the performance reaching the standard GB4609 - 84 FV -0 (China).
