摘要
鉴于星辰新材料公司无锡树脂厂1万t/a离子法双酚A装置多年来生产实践及对该工艺生产中关键因素认识的不断深化,加上对近年来国外同类工艺的改进和发展的调研,提出了对离子法双酚A工艺中某些关键因素的进一步优化的可能途径,旨在为该工艺的技术水平不断提高及为国内双酚A的发展提供帮助。
On the basis of long term production experience of 10 000 t/a BPA plant and the detailed investigation of recent new development on foreign BPA manufacturers, the authors had a good knowledge of BPA process key factors. In this paper the way of optimization of process key factors were summarized. It showed the passable way for modification and up - grade of BPA technology in China.
