助催化反应新工艺在1万t/a双酚A扩产技改中的应用

摘要 介绍离子法双酚A的助催化工艺,简要描述了助催化剂的制备、脱水及预防助催化剂过早失活的工艺方法,通过与原催化工艺比照,说明了助催化工艺特点与优势,最后对助催化工艺改造效益进行了估算,提出了全面移植助催化工艺的观点。 New Bisphenol - A synthetic reaction process with promoted catalyst was introduced. The methods for preparing of such catalyst including dewatering process and unti - deactiveness were described. The properties and advantages of new process were analyzed by comparing with the existing ones. In paper the economic results by adopting new process in revamping existing BPA plant was also evaluated, thus a opinion of adopting this new promoted catalyst process in revamping of existing BPA plant was formed.
