用硫酸水解玉米面粉成葡萄糖后,在偏钒酸铵及硫酸的催化下用硝酸氧化制备草酸。探索了反应温度、时间及浓硝酸与玉米面粉配比对草酸产率的影响。以红外光谱及熔点确定了产物的结构。

The corn flour is hydrolyzed into glucose by sufouric acid. And after that the glucose, under the catalysis of metavanadate and sufouric acid, is oxidized into oxalic acid by nitric acid. It explores the effects of reaction temprature, time and proportion between concentrated nitric acid and corn flour on the yield of oxalic acid. It determines to be the structure of oxalic acid by IR spectrum and melting point.
