Based on the development history and status of micro fertilizer ,and the characteristics and nature of micro nutrient elements, this article proposes that developing and applying micro fertilizer should be in accordance with principles of being scientific,directive and effective.Only through these will promote the increase of crops,protect ecological environment and the healthy development of micro fertilizer.
