摘要
考察了复方阿莫西林颗粒在不同条件下的稳定性。分别在暴露空气、强光照射、高温、高湿等条件下,考察其外观性状、溶解时间及含量变化,含量测定采用HPLC法。结果表明复方阿莫西林颗粒较稳定,有效期暂定二年。
The purpose is to examine the stability of compound amoxicllin granules. The granules were placed under the conditions such as exposure to air, intense light, high temperature and high moisture. Studies were conducted on appearance, dissolving times and content. HPLC determination was described for the content. It shows that compound amoxicllin granules were stable. The shelf life two years could be tentatively given.
