颅骨钻孔引流治疗高血压脑出血63例疗效观察

The Operation of Burr Drilling and Drawing Heamatoma to Treat Hypertension Cerbral Hemorrhage

目的:总结颅骨钻孔引流治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:对63例病人进行回顾性研究,分析手术指征、治疗机理及其优点。结果:58例治愈,死亡5例.再出血4例,无颅内感染张力性气颅病例发生。结论:钻孔引流是一种治疗高血压脑出血安全、有效,并发症少的微创手术。

Object: To summarize clinic result of burr drilling and drawing haematoma to treat hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Method: To analyze retrospectively clinic result of 63 cases, the operation indication, the therapeutic mechanism and operative benefit.Result: 58 cases were cured and 5 cases were died; 4 cases had further hemorrhage and no case had iniracranial infection and tensile pneumocephalus.Coneteion: It is a safe effective, few complications and little injury therapeutic method.
