可折加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折22例观察

Observation of 22 Femoral Neck Fracture Cases Treated with Bendable Compressive Cannulated Screw

目的:总结可折加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的经验。方法:用可折加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折22例。结果:平均随访时间1.5年,骨折平均愈合时间5.5月,没有骨不连、深部感染、螺纹钉松动及断裂。结论:用该方法治疗股骨颈骨折对软组织损伤小,骨折愈合快、感染率低,操作简便。

Objective: To summarize experience on treatment of femoral neck fracture with bendable compressive cannulated screw.Mathods: 22 cases with femoral neck fracture were treated with bendable compressive cannulated screw.Results: Average follow-up was 1.5 year, it was found that all fractures eventually achieved union within an average of 5,5 months, no patients had ununion, deep infection and implant failure.Conclusion: The operative method has advantages of minimal tissue trauma、 quicker union、 lower rate of infection and easy to learn.
