摘要
对催化裂化装置中特阀阀杆表面工况条件 ,进行全面深入的分析 ,并对其表面处理工艺进行了设计 .结果表明 ,采用镍基加碳化钨合金粉末对阀杆表面实施氧 乙炔火焰喷焊 ,可提高阀杆的使用寿命 1~ 2倍 ,减小了装置不必要的停工抢修所造成的经济损失 .
The working conditions of the valve stem surf ace of a special valve in the catalytic cracking devices are analyzed totally an d deeply and then the surfacing technique for the valve stem is designed and tes ted. It is shown that the service life of the valve stem can be improved doubly when the valve stem surface is treated with oxyacetylene flame spraying, so that the economic loss due to rush repairs of the devices can be eliminated.
