摘要
研究了集中供热系统热力站二段换热机组的建模及控制问题 ,建立了换热机组的动态数学模型 .建模过程中 ,采用了时域内的建模方法 ,并对换热器内的固体传热媒质部分做了合理的折算 .控制部分采用了BangBang和PID控制相结合的方法 ,并经计算机仿真结果表明 。
The problems of modelling and controlling of two stage heat exchange unit in the thermal station of centralized heating sys tem are investigated and a dynamic mathematical model of the heat exchanger uni t is developed. A method of modelling in time domain is adopted in the process o f modelling and meantime certain rational conversion is performed for the solid heat transfer medium in the heat exchanger. A combined control strategy of Bang Bang and PID controls is adopted for the control of the unit, and its computer simulation shows that this controller possesses good fastness, good robustness, and comprehensive control quality.
