论述了我国人事考试工作 10年来的发展形势和趋势 ,从人事考试产业的市场定位 。
This paper discusses the developing situation and trends of personal examination work, makes a analysis on how to improve social and economic benefit of personal examination industry from aspects, such as market orientation of personal examination industry, reformation and innovation of traditional examination system, using the experience of other countries for reference.
