摘要
通过化学分析、力学试验、金相显微镜、离子光谱仪、能普仪及扫描电镜等测试手段对输热管道Ω型波纹管开裂溢漏进行了失效分析。试验结果证明 ,Cl、S元素是引起波纹管点蚀和开裂的介质因素 。
By means of chemical analysis, mechanical test, metallographic microscope, energy spectrometer and SEM, Failure analysis for Ω-type corrugated pipe of heat supply pipeline was carried out. It was shown that chemical element Cl and S is main cause of the spot corrosion and microcrack, the applied stress is mechanical factor for the stress corrosion cracking of the corrugated pipe.
