为了实现德、智、体、美全面发展的培养目标 ,在普通高校体育教学中 ,对于不同的运动项目 ,应根据其动作的技术结构体系和要求去教。提出合理的运动技术应符合多学科理论要求和专项技术规格及生物原理 ,使学生掌握取得优异运动成绩的最佳动作和方法 。

In order to realize developing aim in an all-round way morally, intellectually and physically, concerning to different sport item, we should make teaching according to the structural system and law of motion in physical teaching. This paper puts forward that reasonable sport technology should accord with theoretical requirement of many branch of learning, special technical standards and biological principle, making students to master the best motion and method of achieving excellent successes for the purpose of improving teaching quality of physical class.
