改革传统体育实验教学的弊端 ,培养学生的实验操作能力和初步的实验研究能力 ,启发学生的创新意识 ,提高实验教学的质量 ,揭示以下的改革办法 ;1.实验室重组、实验独立设课 ,真正实现实验室校系两极管理。 2 .实验内容的筛选应与办学目标和设课目标相统一 ,使实验大纲的内容有较好的实用性。 3.实施分组多项同时进行的教学组织形式可增加学生动手机会 ,减少仪器的配套数量。 4 .制定实验考核标准 ,提高实验考核的可靠性和可操作性 ,有利于实验教学质量的提高。

In order to reform the abuses of the traditional experimental teaching of physical education, train the students' abilitides for operating and researching, inspire the students' creative consciousness and improve the quality of the experimental teaching, this article presented the following approaches such as rebuild laboratory and offer the course, unify the ends of running a school, reform the teaching method and give more chances for students, set up the examining standard of the experimental teaching.
