An Improved Experiment for Synthesis of Methyl Orange

为适当体现现代有机合成技术 ,对现行高等院校化学实验教材中甲基橙合成实验作了较大的改进 ,即采用一步法常温下合成甲基橙。此法既满足基础有机化学实验的目的和要求 ,又能开拓学生的视野 ,丰富实验教学内容。通过多轮次的学生实验证明 ,此合成方法效果良好。

This paper reported an improved experiment for the synthesis of methyl orange. It can be performed easily, also it can shorten the time and reduce the cost, compared with the one adopted by the current textbooks. The improved experiment can not only meet the requirements prescribed by the experimental syllabus, but also enlarge student's vision and enrich the experimental teaching content.
