The paper discussed the relationship between class teaching and experimental teaching as well as experimental teaching and experimental instrumentation. To become compound talents, teachers should take active part in scientific research and experimental practice. Developing experimental instrumentation can enhance teachers' manual abilities, improve class teaching and is a new way to combine scientific research with class teaching.
