砷氟联合中毒病区和单纯氟中毒病区居民头发中十三种元素含量的分析

Determination of Trace Elements of Hair on Residents in Districts of Arsenic-Fluoride Poisoning and Mere Fluorosis

对新疆奎屯地方性砷,氟中毒病区居民发中13种元素进行的分析表明:砷氟联合中毒病区、氟中毒病区居民发中Mo、Mn、Zn、Cu,Ni、Ba的含量明显低于正常对照区居民(P<0.05),发砷与发中钼、锰、锌的含量呈负相关,发氟与发锌亦呈负相关,提示砷与钼、锰、锌可能有拮抗作用,氟与锌也有拮抗作用。

This article reported the results of determination of trace elements of hair on residents in district of arsenic-fluoride poisoning and mere fluorosis. It was shown that levels of Mo, Mn, Zn, Cu, Ni, Ba in hair of residents in both of residents in both areas of arsenic-fluoride poisoning and mere fluorosis were higher than that of residents in control area, P<0.05. Meanwhile, the results indicated that there were negative relationship between As and Mn, Mo, Zn respectively and also between F and Zn, P<0.05.
