摘要 试验于1985~1987年进行,本研究课题选育的117号和136号酵母诱变株生产的酒糟酵母蛋白饲料含蛋白质28.18%,且具备牲畜必需的10种氨基酸,经高温40℃驯化的酵母菌,回复到适温28℃培养,酵母细胞增殖率明显提高,采用混合菌比单一菌生产酒糟酵母蛋白饲料,蛋白质含量增加,在发酵浪中加入糖化酶,蛋白质含量相应增加,沉淀过滤速度显著加快,酒糟酵母蛋白饲料饲养牲猪,与鱼粉对比差异显著(p>0.05) A study on proteing protein nutrients from wine waste was conducted in 1985~1987.The results are summarized as follows: 1.The protein nutrients produced from wine waste by using mutated and selected Yeast 117(Candida uitilis)and 136(Candida tropicalis)contains 28.18% protein,and 10 amino acids necessary for animals. 2.The rate of yeast multiplication can obviously rise when the yeast is camed in high temperature of 40 ℃ and cultured in the pleasant temperature of 28℃. 3.Protein is increased by 6.37% more in protein nutrients produced from wine waste by using mixed yeasts than by using a single one.If 0.01 ~0.02% amylase is dropped into the fermenting liquor,protein proportion will increase accordingly and less time is taken for precipitation and filtration. 4.Protein nutrients from wine waste used to raise pigs makes little difference from fish meal(P>0.05). 5.Safty test for protein nutrients showed satisfaction.
