摘要
人体生物组织活性检测要求较高的温度准确度和稳定度 ,针对该应用设计了一个温度控制器 ;用现代控制理论分析了该系统 ;建立了系统的数学模型 ,并推导出其状态空间方程。从而提出了先使温度快速稳定在目标温度附近 ,然后通过自调整参数达到目标温度的自适应温度控制方案。仿真计算的结果证明了方案的可行性和对环境温度变化的适应能力。最后以PIC16C72A单片机为核心 ,具体实现了一个使用该控制方案的温度控制系统。
A temperature control system,meeting the required temperature accuracy and stability in examining the activity of living human tissue,is designed and analyzed;its system mathematical model is established;and its state space equations are deduced.A adaptive temperature control method for stabilizing the temperature quickly around the required temperature first,and then reaching the required temperature by automatically adjusting the parameters is given.The simulation result shows that this method is feasible,and is adaptive to environment temperature fluctuation.Then an instance, with its result,of implementing this method with a PIC16C72CA single chip processor is provided.The result of the experiment shows that this method can achieve satisfactory accuracy and stability.
