代赭止嗽散加味治疗急性支气管炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Supplemented Daizhe Zhisuo Powder in treatment of Acute Tracheitis

目的 :观察代赭止嗽散加味治疗急性支气管炎的疗效。方法 :治疗组 10 0例 ,予代赭止嗽散加味 ,对照组 43例 ,服用头孢拉定胶囊及伤风止咳糖浆。并进行统计学对比分析。结果 :治疗组治愈率 6 0 %,总有效率 92 %,明显优于西药对照组 18 6 0 %、5 1 2 %(P <0 0 1)。结论 :代赭止嗽散加味对急性支气管炎有较理想的临床疗效。

Objectve:To search the effect of Daizhe Zhisuo powder in cough.Method:The control group was given Daizhe Zhisuo powder.The contrast group was given cephalexin.The two groups had the same course.The two group of cases were analyzed.Result:The rate of cure was 60% and the total cure rate was 92% in the contro group that had evident difference with another group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Daizhe Zhisuo powder has perfect effect on the patients with acute tracheitis.
