摘要
设计了一种应用在袖珍验钞器电路中的采用锑化铟 -铟 (InSb In)共晶体薄膜型半导体磁头的信号处理电路 ,研究了这种电路的工作特性。实验证明 :对新版人民币的金属安全线进行磁性信号采集时 ,磁头输出端信号电压的变化量在 - 0 .4mV至 0 .4mV范围内 当信号处理电路中的集成运放的静态电压设置为 2V、信号放大倍数设置为 10 0 0 0倍左右时 。
A signal processing circuit of semiconductor magnetic head(SMH) made up of a InSn In eutectic film that was used in a circuit of money detector was designed.And its work characteristics was studied. It has been observed that the output voltage signal of SMH ranges from -0.4?mV to 0.4?mV when a new version 100 yuan is checked.When the static operation point of the integrated operational amplifier in the circuit is set at 2?V and the voltage gain reachs about 10?000 times,the money detector can works best.
