保肾片诱导人肾脏系膜细胞凋亡的实验研究

Effect of Baoshen Tablet on Apoptosis Inducement of Human Mesangial Cells

目的 :探讨对慢性肾衰治疗有效的中药复方保肾片对人肾脏系膜细胞是否具有诱导凋亡作用。方法 :以健康志愿者服用保肾片 ,取含药人血清加入系膜细胞体外培养体系中 ,应用倒置显微镜、光镜、透射电镜及流式细胞仪观察研究保肾片对系膜细胞的诱导凋亡现象。结果 :含中药保肾片的血清组 ,与正常人血清对照组相比 ,能诱导系膜细胞发生凋亡。结论 :保肾片延缓慢性肾衰进展的作用机理之一与诱导系膜细胞发生凋亡有关。

Objectve:To study the apoptosis inducement of Baoshen tablet(BST) on human mesangial cells in culture.Methods:The human serum from healthy volunteers in the presence or absence of BST were added to HMCs.The apoptosis of HMCs were detected by inverse microscope,optical microscope,electronioc microscope and flow cytometry.Results:BST could induce apoptosis of HMCs.Conclusion:Apoptosis inducement of HMCs are some of the mechanisms of BST postponing the CRF process.
