晚期产后出血114例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 114 cases of late postpartum hemorrahage.

目的 探讨晚期产后出血的病因及防治措施。方法 回顾性分析 114例晚期产后出血的病因及处理。结果 主要病因依次为胎盘、胎膜残留 ,子宫内膜炎和 (或 )蜕膜炎 ,子宫复旧不良 ,以及剖宫产术的子宫切口感染、裂开出血等。结论 治疗以清宫为主 。

Objective To investigate the etiology,prevention and management of late postpartum hemorrhage.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the etiology and management of 114 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage.Results The main causes were retained placenta and membranes,endometritis and decidualitis,subinvolution of uterus,infection,dehiscence and hemorrhage of caesarean incision in turn.Conclusion The first choice of treating late postpartum haemorrhage is curettage.Acute hemorrhage can be controlled by transcutaneous internal iliac artery embolization or total hysterectomy.
