紫草辅助早期妊娠药物流产200例临床观察

Clinical study of medicinal abortion in 200 early pregnancies helped with lithospermum ruderale.

目的 探讨中药紫草对早期妊娠药物流产效果的影响。方法 将 4 0 0例妊娠 5 0～ 6 0d妇女随机分成两组 ,分别采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产及加用紫草后药物流产 ,对两组完全流产率、出血时间、副作用及月经恢复时间进行比较。结果 加用紫草组的完全流产率为 93 5 0 %,出血时间 (1 4 1± 4 4)d ,均显著高于和少于未加紫草组 [(87 5 %,(1 6 9± 5 7)d],P值均 <0 0 5。两组的副反应及月经恢复时间均无显著性差异 (P值均 >0 0 5 )。结论 加用紫草可改善药物流产效果。

Objective To observe and approach the clinical effects of lithospermum ruderale on medicinal abortion of early pregnancy with mifepristone and misoprostol.Methods Four hundred women with 50～60 days' pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 groups with 200 in each.One group was given mifepristone and misoprostol,and the other group mifepristone and misoprostol with lithospermum ruderale,for medicinal abortion.Complete abortion rates,bleeding time,side effects and menstruation recovery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate(93\^50%)and the bleeding time(14\^1±4\^4 days) in the group with lithospermum ruderale added were significantly higher and shorter than those(87\^50%,16\^9±5\^7 days)in the group without lithospermum ruderale(P<0\^05 respectively).There were no significant difference between the two groups in side effects and menstruation recovery,P>0\^05.Conclusion Lithospermum ruderale can help to improve the effects of early pregnancy medicinal abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol.In addition,it can shorten the bleeding time.
