摘要
本文对细胞微生理计的基本原理、结构和特点进行了简单的论述。介绍了我们研制的新型细胞传感器微生理计。该微生理计可以检测化学和生物物质作用下活细胞微环境代谢中多种物质的变化。本文着重介绍了利用细胞新陈代谢中酸性产物的变化进行药物筛选的研究结果。我们主要研究了黄芪、枸杞和川芎三种中药对乳鼠肾细胞代谢的影响。通过一系列实验 ,证实了通过细胞分泌的酸性代谢产物变化可以检测药物作用的大小和强度、药物不同浓度对细胞代谢的影响等。研究结果表明 。
A novel microphysiometer for the screening of Chinese drugs based on MLAPS (multiple light addressable potentiometric sensor) is presented. In the microphysiometer, several sensitive membranes are illuminated in parallel with n light sources at different frequencies, the response amplitudes of each frequency component can be measured on line by parallel processing algorithm. By the experiments, we can analyze the relations of the extracellular environmental H + under the effects of drugs and estimate the effects of several Chinese drugs (scutellaria, Lycium, Ligsticum wallichii). It shows that the novel microphysiometer could monitor the realtime process of the cell metabolism and the activation of the receptors, useful for screening of Chinese drugs.
