摘要
TC4基激光涂覆生物陶瓷涂层具有良好的生物相容性及成骨性能 ,无组织增生、坏死及其他排斥反应。该涂层组织细小 ,具一定程度择优取向 ,涂层与基体为化学冶金结合等特征 。
Good biocompatibility and osteogenetic property were shown of a bioceramic coating on TC 4 by laser cladding. There was neither hyperplasia or necrosis of bone tissue nor other rejection reactions. The coating layer had advantages of fine granules and selective directional property, and there was a chemical metallurgical combination between the coating layer and the metal substrate. The coating layer was favourable for biological fixation and stability of bone tissue.
