摘要
过氧化氢酶广泛存在于动植物组织中,其主要作用是分解过氧化氢。作者对Sinha过氧化氢酶测定法进行了改良,建立了红细胞过氧化氢酶活性测定法。该法具有显色稳定、重复性好、简便、快速等优点。
Catalase is widely distributed in nature. it is found in plant and animal cells. In these cells it mainly decomposes hydrogen peroxide. In our laboratory we set up a method for measuring Catalase according to Sinha's principle. The rosult shows thar the method is stable-color, good-repeating with the advantage of simpler, quicker and reliabie.
