稳定性二氧化氯杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性试验观察 被引量:18

摘要 将亚氯酸钠和浓盐酸按等比例反应产生的二氧化氯气体被过碳酸钠吸收,制成稳定性二氧化氯。用前加柠檬酸活化。为了解其杀菌效果、稳定性与腐蚀性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验、54℃存放试验与金属腐蚀试验。结果,含二氧化氯 200mg/L溶液作用20 min,对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率为110%;以其1200 mg/L溶液作用20 min,可破坏悬液中HBsAg抗原性。未加柠檬酸的稳定性二氧化氯于54℃存放14d,二氧化氯含量下降率为0.038%;加柠檬酸活化后置室温下15min,其下降率即达14.28%。含二氧化氯500 mg/L的溶液对铝、铜有重度腐蚀(P>3.800 mm/a)作用,对碳钢有中度腐蚀(R=0.7500 mm/a)作用,对不锈钢有轻度腐蚀(R=0.0100 mm/a作用。说明该剂杀菌效果较好,活化前稳定性较好,但对金属腐蚀性较大。 The stable chlorine dioxide is prepared by using sodium percarbonate to absorb chlorne dioxide gas produced as a result of the reaction between 1:1 ratio of sodium chlorite and concentrated hydrochloric acid and is activated by addition of citric acid before use. In order to know its bactericidal efficacy, stability and corrosiveness, suspension quantitative bactericidal test, 54℃ storing test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/L with a 20 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension and the solution containing chlorine dioxide 1 200 mg/L with a 20 min contact time could destroy HBsAg anligenicily in suspension. The chlorine dioxide content of the stable chlorine dioxide without addition of citric acid decreased by 0.038% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days; while that of the stable chlorine dioxide activated by addition of citric acid decreased by 14.28% after storing at room temperature for 15 min. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg/ L had heavy corrosive effect on aluminum and copper (R≥0.800 mm/a), moderately corrosive effect on car bon steel (R=0.7500 mm/a) and slightly corrosive effect on stainless steel (R=0.0100 mm/a). The above results indicate that this disinfectant has good bactericidal efficacy and good stability before aclivelion, but considerable corrosive effect on metals.
