肾移植术后并发的骨关节疼痛

Osteo—Arthritic Pain after Kidney Transplantation(Report of 7 Cases)

我院自1989年4月30日至1990年5月5日共施行18例同种异体肾移植,术后有7例不同程度地出现骨关节疼痛,以膝、踝等负重关节为重。本文就骨关节疼痛的原因及防治体会进行讨论,认为长期大量使用激素和环胞素 A 是造成骨关节疼痛的主要原因。

18 cases of homoplastic allotransplantation of kidney have been performed from April 30,1989 to May 5 1990.7 cases had complaints of osteo-arthritic pain in different degrees after transplanta- tion,especially of ankle and knee joints.The cause and treatment of the osteo-arthritic pain were dis- cussed.It is suggested that the prolonged use of large doses of cortico-steroids and cyclosporine were the main causes responsible for the osteo-arthritic pain.
