乌鲁木齐市1986年围产儿死亡率及其有关因素分析

Analysis on the Prenatal Mortality Rae of Urumq in 1986 and Its Relevant Factors

本文报道了乌鲁木齐市1986年围产儿死亡情况。围产儿死亡率为20.19‰;其中死胎率、死产率及早期新生儿死亡率分别为8.81‰、2.34‰和9.16‰。不同民族围产儿死亡率比较,维吾尔族围产儿死亡率最高,汉族最低。新生儿出生体重、胎龄的大小和母亲的生育年龄、职业及产次等因素都同围产儿死亡率高低有关。

The state of the prenatal mortality in Urumqi in 1986 was roported in this paper.The prenatal mortality tate in Urumqi was about 20.19%,lncluding the rate of stillborn foetrs 8.8%,rate of atill- birth 2.34% and neonaral mortality rate 9.16% respectively.Compared the prenatal mortality rate in different nationalities,Uygur is the highest one and Han is the loweer in Urumqi.Many factors such as the birth weight,age of foetus and the mother's children-bearing age,occupations and the times of childbirth etc,all influenced the prenatal mortality.
