中西医结合治疗骨髓增殖性疾病并发动脉栓塞性疾病的临床观察

Observation on the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment in Patients with Atheroangitis Disease Caused by Myeloproliferative Diseases

目的 :观察骨髓增殖性疾病 (myeloproliferativediseases ,MPD)所致动脉栓塞性疾病 (atheroangitisdiseases,AAD)的中西医结合治疗效果。方法 :2 5例MPD所致的AAD患者 ,采用中西药物治疗 2～ 3个疗程 ,观察治疗前后症状、体征、四肢血流及血流变学的变化。结果 :显效率 44 % ,有效率 5 6 %。结论 :MPD所致AAD是其严重并发症之一 ,采用中西医结合的方法 ,早期诊断 ,早期治疗可取得良好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on atheroangitis diseases caused by myeloproliferative diseases Methods:Twenty five patients were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for 2 to 3 courses.The clinical symptoms and signs as well as the blood rheology of the extremities were successively observed.Results:The markedly effective rate was 44%,and the effective rate was 56%.Conclusion:Atheroangitis diseases caused by myeloproliferative disease are most seriously complications of myeloproliferative disease.The therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in these diseases was satisfactory.
