摘要
通过研究活性炭吸附Pt和Pd的影响因素 ,找到了吸附的最佳条件 :Dim1 1 6炭(氨气活化 )吸附Pd ,pH 1 5~ 1 1 ,[CN- ]<0 5或 [Cl- ]<5 0 ;TU60炭 (氢氧化钠活化 )吸附Pt,pH 2~ 1 1 ,[CN- ]<0 5或 [Cl- ]<5 0。解吸的最佳条件 :对于Dim 1 1 6炭 ,温度90℃ ,[NaCN ]=1 % ,[NaOH ]=2 % ;对于TU60炭 ,温度 90℃ ,[C2 H4O2 ]=2 % ,[HNO3]=1 %。提出了用活性炭从氯化液、氰化液中吸附Pt和Pd的工艺流程。
By researching the influence factors for ad sorption of platinum and palladium by active carbon,the optimum adsorption condi tions were obtained.They are pH 1 5~11,<0 5 or <50 for adsorbing palladium by Dim 116 active car b on(actived by NH 3)and pH 2~11,<0 5 or <50 for adsorbing platinum by TU60 active carbon(actived by NaO H).The optimum desorption conditions were obtained also.They are temperature 90 ℃ ,=1%,=2% for loaded carbon Dim 116 and temperature 90℃,[C 2H 4O 2]=2%,=1% fo r loaded carbon TU60.The principle flow sheet for adsorption of platinum and pal ladium from chloride and cyanide solutions by active carbon is suggested.
