摘要
本文介绍了东风汽车公司铸造厂使用树脂粘结剂,采用壳芯法、热芯盒法、冷芯盒法工艺生产汽车铸件的基本工艺,并对上述工艺进行了对比评述,对生产中常见缺陷提出了改进措施,还为今后制芯工艺的发展提出了一些设想。
Basic processes such as shell core,hot box core and cold box core of resin bonded sand for automotive castings in foundry of Dongfeng Automobile Corporation have been introduced,which have been compared with each other and commented.Improvements for common defects in production have been set forth along with proposals for future development of coremak-ing.
