摘要 消失模铸造模具一般是薄壳随形结构,制作成本高、周期长。针对此问题,本文采用快速原型与石膏型铸造或转移涂料铸造相结合的工艺,实现复杂消失模铸造模具的快速制造。实践证明,此工艺适用于形状较为复杂、尺寸精度要求较高的消失模铸造模具的快速制造,具有制作周期短、模具成本适中、尺寸精度较高等优点。 The die of lost foam process has a shell structure. It needs high cost and long time to be produced. Aiming at this question, the technologies combining rapid prototyping with plaster casting or transferred coating process were described in this paper and the complicated dies were produced quickly. The practice showed that these technologies are suitable for producing some dies which have complicated shade and high dimension accuracy. It have some advantages such as short producing cycle, moderate price and high dimension accuracy.
