摘要
对武钢生产的管线钢在采用真空和吹氩两种不同的精炼工艺进行处理时,所得到的钢中非金属夹杂物及其相关联的气体含量和力学性能作了对比分析。结果得出,两种精炼工艺均能满足该管线钢对其化学成分和力学性能的要求,不同的是,吹氩处理得到的力学性能略高于真空处理,经吹氩处理得到的钢中非金属夹杂物以B类为主,而经真空处理得到的钢中非金属夹杂物以D类为主。从大生产的经济角度考虑,吹氩处理比真空处理更实际。
Analysis was made on the nonmetallic inclusions,related content of gases, and mechanical property in the tube steel produced by WISCO, which treated with two different refine processes of evacuation and Ar - Blown. It shows,both two kinds of refine processes are suitable for the needs of chemical composition and mechanical property in the tube steel.On the contrary,the mechanical property in Ar - Blown treated tube steel performs a littel higher than in avacuation.The nonmetallic inclusions in Ar- Blown treated steel is dominated by B- type, and in avacuation by D - type. Considering the consumption of materials is factory, its more practical to use Ar - Blown process than to avacuation process.
