摘要 用电流冲击法对炭黑填充高密度聚乙烯(CB/HDPE)PTC材料的稳定性,即重复使用性进行了研究,结果表明用1~3A的电流冲击最能有效地改善本配方PTC材料的性能和稳定性,具有广阔的实用价值。 The electrical properties of the PTC materials were investigated by current impacting. It was found that the current impacting of PTC materials could improve the electrical stability, especially, the reproductivity of PTC transition. The most effective current was between 1 A and 3 A referred-to the PTC materials used in this study. The current impacting method is therefore an attractive candidate for improvement of electrical properties of PTC materials.
