摘要
运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪 ,研究了前雾灯遮光罩表面处理后起泡的原因。结果表明 ,基体与镀层之间存在氧、钠元素 ,锌置换层未完全去除 ,无铜过渡层 ,铬镀层太厚 ,影响了镀层的结合力 ,导致起泡缺陷。
The causes of the front fog lamp shield blistering after surface treatment are studied by means of metalloscopy,scanning electronic microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that as oxygen and sodium exist in the matrix,the zinc plating is not sufficiently removed,the chromium plating layer is too thick and no copper plating layer can be found with the result that the plating cohesion is weakened and blistering occurs.
