摘要
本文从磨杆的变形反推磨削力的角度 ,应用加权残数法导出了近似解。在导出近似解的过程中 ,采用了三角级数的部分和为试函数 ,利用三角级数正交性 ,导出了解耦的代数方程组 ,从而极大地减小了数值计算量。本文中的方法是一种使人的经验得以充分发挥的实用方法。
Approximate solution of grinding force has been resulted by weighted residual method from grinding bar's deformation. In the process of giving approximate solution, part sum of series is used and discoupling equation group is given by the perpendicular property of trigonometric series. For the reason above, numerical calculation amount is greatly reduced. The methode in this paper is practical and makes personal experience elaborated sufficiently.
