在介绍建设全省基础地理信息数据库体系的原则、内容、软件系统的基础上,着重分析了三种地理信息系统软件(GeoStar、ArcSDE、Pracle Spatial)的特点,为建立江苏省基础地理信息数据库提供参考。

The characteristic of three GIS software(GeoStar,ArcSDE,Oracle Spatial) is analyzed in this paper mainly ,on the base of introducing the principle, content, software system of building the database of province Geomatics information. That can provides reference for building the database of province Geomatics information.
