摘要
以资源观理论为基础 ,分析大学与企业的合作动因以及对资源的要求 ,强调技术资源对协作伙伴选择的决定性作用 ,从而进一步完善资源观理论。
With the resource based theory, the motive of innovation collaboration of university industry and the demand of resources are analyzed with the emphasis on the decisive role of the technological resource in selecting collaboration partners, which will be constructive to perfecting the resource based views.
